THE MAIN HALL
Big celebrations deserve a great space.
Our bright, spacious Main Hall is the heart of our function facilities.
With views overlooking the main rugby pitch, direct access to the outdoor patio and a fully staffed bar, it's an excellent choice for larger celebrations, wedding receptions, parties and corporate events.
The room can be arranged for seated dining, informal gatherings, entertainment or dancing.

THE JOHN MERRY LOUNGE
A little more intimate. Just as special.
Not every occasion needs a huge room!
Our John Merry Lounge offers a comfortable, welcoming setting for smaller gatherings, private celebrations, meetings and family occasions.
It's particularly popular for more intimate functions where guests can relax, chat and enjoy time together.

Finding somewhere to celebrate your 18th isn't always easy. At Yeovil Rugby Club, we welcome 18th birthday parties!
We offer a spacious venue, fully staffed bar and room for music, dancing and celebrating with friends and family.
18th Birthday Venue Hire – £325
Refundable Security Deposit – £200
Total – £525
Your hire includes the Main Hall, staffed bar from 7:00pm until 11:30pm, access from 6:00pm to decorate and venue closing at midnight.
A FEW IMPORTANT PARTY RULES
We want everyone to have an amazing evening, but we take safety and licensing seriously.
Challenge 25 – Bring Your ID!

Valid photographic ID must be provided when requested.

Anyone who appears under 25 will be asked to prove their age when purchasing alcohol.

Guests who have been age-verified will receive a hand stamp.

Staff may request ID again at any time.

Parents and friends cannot vouch for someone's age.

Fake or borrowed ID will result in removal from the premises.
No Outside Alcohol
Bringing your own alcohol is strictly prohibited anywhere on club premises, including the clubhouse, patio, grounds and car park.
Anyone found with their own alcohol will be required to leave.
Respect Our Venue
We expect guests to respect our staff, facilities and other guests.
Aggressive behaviour, damage or failure to follow staff instructions will not be tolerated.
The refundable security deposit is subject to the venue being left in an acceptable condition and the booking terms being met.
The person booking the party is responsible for ensuring guests understand the venue rules.

Our Main Hall can accommodate approximately 30–100 delegates, depending on layout, while the John Merry Lounge is suitable for smaller meetings of approximately 16–20 delegates.

Our licensed bar provides a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, served by our friendly bar team.
Prefer to arrange your own catering?
Outside catering is permitted by prior agreement, subject to a £150 kitchen lock-out fee.

One of the things that makes Yeovil Rugby Club special is our setting.
With six acres of grounds, views across the rugby pitches and outdoor patio space, there's room to enjoy the surroundings as well as the celebration.
During the summer and rugby off-season, additional outdoor space and pitch hire may be available by arrangement.
We also offer ample on-site parking and accessible facilities.
