We offer a modern, light and spacious facility with stunning views set in 6 acres of private park land. We have ample parking for up to 250 cars and offer a variety of packages which are listed below:

Here at YRC we pride ourselves on providing our customers with a personalised and enjoyable experince. Working together to help plan your function we offer a variety of packages to suit your needs. Our main room offers a large, modern space for bigger parties and functions with views out over our front main pitch. With a connected patio area the main room offers a versatile setting for everyone to enjoy. Along with our full main room we also offer a smaller, almost private John Merry Lounge room which provides a more intimate space for smaller gatherings.
During our summer months and the Rugby 'Off season' our front pitch is also available to hire and works well for providing extra outdoor space for large parties or Weddings.
All facilities are disability friendly.

Private Parties and Evening Functions
Evening room hire which includes the main room with full bar and staff. With two seperate rooms that can be hired seperatley or together we pride ourselfs in offering our fantastic venue to hire.
A selection of in-house catering available and our team will work with you to provide a package that suits your requirements
