The countdown is over! Memberships for the 2026/27 season officially open this Saturday, 1st August, and we can't wait to welcome everyone back to Yeovil Rugby Club for another exciting year. Whether you're a returning member, a brand-new player, a parent of one of our young stars, or someone who simply wants to support the club, now is the perfect time to get involved.
This season's membership pack is about far more than paying a subscription. It sets out our vision for the club, our values, the standards we expect from everyone who wears the Yeovil badge, and our commitment to building One Club. One Community. One Family.
FREE Membership for New & Returning Players
We're proud to continue our commitment to growing rugby in our community by offering FREE membership to:
- All new players joining Yeovil Rugby Club.
- Returning players who have been away from the club for one full season or more.
This initiative is all about removing barriers to participation, welcoming familiar faces back and encouraging more people to experience everything our club has to offer.
Membership Options for Everyone
Whether you're playing every week or simply want to support the club, we have a membership to suit you.
Our playing memberships include Senior Men & Women, Mixed Ability, Age Grade, Reception and Full-Time Students, while non-playing memberships include Social Members and Vice Presidents. All coaches and appointed volunteers receive complimentary membership as part of their role. Family caps also remain in place for Age Grade and Reception members, helping to keep rugby affordable for families.
Members also enjoy a range of benefits including:
- Discounted draught and spirit drinks at the bar.
- 10% discount on private party bookings.
- Discounts on selected club events.
Memberships run from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027, and if anyone needs support with payments, we're always happy to discuss options in confidence.
Don't Forget Your GMS Registration
Membership is only one part of getting ready for the new season.
All players must ensure their RFU GMS registration is completed by updating emergency contacts, medical information, permissions and other personal details before the season begins. Every season requires players to log back in and complete the registration process, so please don't leave it until the last minute.
More Than Rugby
This year's membership pack also introduces and reinforces the values that define Yeovil Rugby Club.
Everything we do is built around Integrity, Loyalty, Commitment, Accountability and Inclusion, alongside rugby's core values of community, respect, teamwork, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship. These values shape how we play, coach, support and represent the club both on and off the field.
The pack also includes updated conduct charters and expectations for players, coaches, volunteers and spectators, helping us continue to create a welcoming, respectful and enjoyable environment for everyone involved in the club.

Every membership helps support rugby at every level of our club—from Reception and Age Grade through to Senior Rugby, Women's Rugby and Mixed Ability Rugby. It helps us invest in facilities, equipment, coaching and the continued growth of our rugby community.
